RefundTrac

Add a Status for Litigated accounts since Litigated are posted under RECALCS. We have no way to separate them.

In order for the check stubs to say "Multiple Accounts" instead of listing all of the accounts, the owner must have 10 or more accounts that we're sending a refund for. This is a hardcoded threshold in the application and I would like to see if the Developer team can go in and change that threshold to 3 accounts. This will prevent any long going information to print on the next page which has been problematic for our County. See highlight in upper left corner in one of the attachments provided.

When there are multiple ag rollbacks the account breakdown shows only ag levy versus in tax client there is ag levy 1 and ag levy 2. This would help when we are only trying to pay one ag levy but there are multiple ag rollbacks on them. Example account is 1008425DEN.

Please consider adding a home buton in refund trac so that we can return back to Tax Office 4 without opening a new tab.

For refunds > than $5.00 we do not refund the taxpayer. We have always removed these from the system and logged them in under over/short. To remove these small refunds a couple times of the month I have to create a ticket and Spindle has to remove them.

Similar to overpayment refunds, add a different message to the stub of recalc refund checks: You are receiving this refund because the Collin County Central Appraisal District made a change to the taxable value of the property. The most common reason for a valuation change is having an exemption granted (such as Homestead, Disabled, Over 65, or Disabled Veteran). If you have any questions about this, please call the number below. Collin County Tax Office Call Center 972-547-5020

I had to scrap a batch of about 44 checks the other day b/c the payee and address amounted to 7 lines, which was entirely too much the way it auto-formatted to print. It caused every check behind it to print incorrectly b/c there wasn't enough space to include it all.

Add ESCHEAT in the status menu.

Could there be a clickable Tax Account number that would take you to that account if you needed to view it?

When I'm sorting refunds by either account number or age to work it will reset after each account and it has to be sorted again. Needs to stay in place.
