Modify/Add comment to payment in Batch

The option to EDIT or ADD a COMMENT to a payment AFTER it has been processed and is in the batch (meaning we forgot to put it in the payment screen) so that it will show on each of those accounts where the payment was applied.

This is a great idea! I think it should allow only the person who created the payment to be able to edit the comment/ add additional comments, or a manager. Also have a username/name of the person who edited the comment. This way the history will show who made the edit.
