In the current system you can enter an account number in the account number field. This helps when customers bring in multiple account numbers. We use this for research in the delinquent department about everyday and some days all day long.

In the new system you have to go back to search and enter the account number. More steps and will be time consuming if looking up a large lists of accounts.

We would like the ability to be able to enter an account number after account number without going back in to the search area.
