I have asked for the different fields of our Paragon data to be combined to make up a better legal description for the tax statements. This particular request is for our mobile home only accounts. In Paragon, the mobile home information is stored in a different field other than our “legal description.” In the past we did a similar request for our mineral accounts yet now the process is not as easy. I am asked to give all facts here. In the meantime, I could be sending out tax statements without a full legal description, is my statement valid? The Spindlemedia team has added the requested description to the accounts for 2025, yet if a supplemental change comes across it will remove the description of the mobile home (ex label number). With this information not on the tax account where it is visible to the taxpayer and to our DELINQUENT TAX ATTORNEY, this is a problem. Plus every year someone is going to have to remember to ask Spindlemedia to add this data in during the crunch time of loading data and getting statements generated. Let us know if you have the same thoughts and concerns. I assume this is a problem for all P&A clients anyone else have this issue or a solution?
