5-Year History with Cap Adjustment (Ticket #34356)
Vanneary L. Glenn
This issue has been reviewed again with our Development Team. It is not related to calculations or data manipulation. It would still be considered a feature request needing to be submitted through Canny.
The behavior occurs because the value is received directly from an out-of-county appraisal district. What you see is the appraised value before any cap adjustments are applied. The statement reflects the value as it was provided.
Also, please note: the percentage change may exceed 10% if additional improvements (for example, a pool) have been added. In such cases, the increase can go beyond the standard 10% maximum.

Hi Tommy,
This issue on the statement is a direct result of a taxpayer complaint, as the information provided is incorrect. It needs to be fixed as soon as possible. We cannot add it to Canny and wait an extended period for resolution. Please keep the ticket open and update the priority to High.
Thanks,
Sima
