The SECOND NOTICE billing type is NOT including BPP accounts. It only imports real and minerials. WHY? Was this communicated to any clients? Can this billing type pick up ALL accounts? Thank you

I assumed that when I ran the mass billing for delinquent accounts, I was sending a statement to all account's delinquent. It is July, and I have discovered that none of my BPP accounts received a delinquent statement.
