Summary & Receivables – Numerical Tax Unit Sorting (Feature Flagged)
A new feature flag has been introduced allowing Tax Units to be displayed in numerical order instead of alphabetical order on the Summary and Receivables screens.
- Enables parity alignment where required (e.g., Tarrant)
- Maintains flexibility for clients who prefer alphabetical sorting
- Controlled via feature flag for tenant-level configuration
Advanced Search – Owner ID Enhancements
Owner identification has been standardized across the system.
- Added new Owner ID column to Advanced Search results
- Renamed “Owner Tag” to Owner ID for consistency
- Improves clarity and alignment across screens and search functionality
Advanced Search – Recently Accessed Accounts
A new Recently Accessed dropdown has been added to Advanced Search.
- Displays the 25 most recently accessed accounts (accounts viewed, not searched)
- Shows Owner Name, Property Location, and timestamp
- List persists through work days and will update with the most recently accessed 25 accounts
- Expand/collapse functionality available in the bottom-right corner of Advanced Search
Accounts Search – Grid View Customization
Search result grids can now be customized by the user.
- Users may select or deselect visible columns
- Reduces visual clutter and supports personalized workflows
- Supports expanded column sets (e.g., Owner ID, Legal Description)
Account Navigation – Open in New Tab
Tax Account Number hyperlinks now open account views in a new browser tab.
- Preserves search results in the original tab
- Eliminates the need to rerun searches when reviewing multiple accounts
- Improves productivity for high-volume users
Check Search History – Expanded Account Number Display
Resolved an issue where long account numbers were truncated in Check Search History.
- Column width expanded to display full account numbers
- Eliminates ambiguity caused by shortened values (e.g., “12345…”)
Installment Agreement – Contact Extension Printing
The Contact Number Extension field now prints on Installment Agreement documents.
- Supports newly added separate extension field
- Ensures full contact information appears on printed agreements
Attorney Notice Enhancements – 33.07 & 33.11
Bulk Action screen enhancements introduce stronger validation and clearer action separation.
New Action Types:
- Standard Collection Notice (33.07)
- Early Collection Notice (33.11)
Enhancements include:
- Dynamic eligibility filtering by account and receivable type
- Automatic validation of Attorney Notice Date rules by action type
- Exclusion of ineligible receivables from counts and updates
- Expanded receivable type support (e.g., Rendition Penalty, 25.25)

PACS 8.51.0 Export Layout Support
File mapping logic has been updated to support PACS Export Layout version 8.51.0.
- Added support for 42 newly introduced fields across:
- Appraisal Info
- Appraisal Entity Info
- Appraisal Entity Totals
- Prevents import failures related to layout changes
Support for New PACS Exemption Types
Database and UI support added for 7 new exemption types in TO4:

Enhancements include:
- Proper homesteadable configuration where applicable

OrionCSV – Owner Mapping Enhancement
Improved ownership mapping logic for OrionCSV imports.
- Prioritizes CurrentOwnerName over OwnerName
- Graceful fallback to OwnerName when CurrentOwnerName is empty
- Applied globally across all counties
- Validated via reprocessing of known import files
- Ensures accurate and up-to-date ownership display across screens, reports, and exports
Bug Fixes
Ceiling Calculation Correction
Corrected ceiling calculation logic to prevent double-reduction in legislative years.
- Fixes population of UnadjustedFrozenAmount
- Aligns ceiling application with correct qualifying levy year
- Improves financial accuracy and legislative compliance
Installment Agreement Search – End Date Inclusivity
Fixed search logic to ensure the end date is inclusive.
- Agreements created on the selected end date now appear in results
Mass Billing – Improved Error Handling
Resolved an issue where printing non-existent billing sets generated non-informative errors.
- Error messaging now clearly guides the user
Tax Office Web Scanning – License Update
Updated Dynamsoft license configuration.
