TO4: 33.07/33.07 - Allow adding Attorney Notice Date in bulk
Bulk Management of Attorney Notice Dates
Users can now set
Attorney Notice Dates
in bulk directly from the
TO4 Admin
menu, significantly reducing manual effort and dependency on backend processes.
Note:
The term
Attorney Notice Date
is used throughout the application to represent what was previously referred to as the
33.07 date
.
Key Enhancements

    for multiple tax units at once

Security Permission
  • A new
    BulkAction
    security permission has been added to control access
  • Note: The
    BulkAction
    security permission is
    disabled by default
  • Please ask your administrator to enable it via the
    Security Server
Steps:
  • Navigate to Security Server
  • Go to 'Roles'
  • Select your role
  • Scroll down until you see
    BulkAction
  • Enable the permission

Attorney Notice Date Displayed at the Tax Unit Level
Attorney Notice Dates are now visible directly on the
tax unit–level receivable panel
, allowing users to immediately see attorney collection timing without leaving the screen.
Note: The term
Attorney Notice Date
is used throughout the application to represent what was previously referred to as the
33.07 date
.
Key Enhancements
  • Displays the stored
    Attorney Notice Date
    for the selected tax unit and tax year
  • Date is shown in
    MM/DD/YYYY
    format
  • Updates in
    real time
    when the date changes
  • Includes a
    tooltip
    explaining the purpose of the date

Tax Office 4 (TO4) - Search Enhancements
  • Users can now input and search using the
    ampersand (&)
    special character in the Tax Office 4 search bar.
SIT
HB3424 language updates and interpretations
were released by the TX State Comptroller.
The
Heavy Equipment Dealer statement
language has been updated to match the Comptroller’s interpretation.
Dealer Search & Dealer Page
  • From the
    Dealer Search
    page,
    inactive dealers
    no longer see the option to submit a statement.
  • On the
    Dealer page
    , inactive dealers now see an
    inactive Submit Statement button
    .
Dealer Statements – Heavy Equipment Dealers
  • Printed reports now display
    Quarters
    instead of
    Month
    (compliance related to
    HB3424
    ).
Dealer Statements – Non-Heavy Equipment Dealers
  • Statements now correctly display
    both the Month and the Year
    the statement was submitted.
  • Previously, only the
    Month
    was populated.
Printing Dealer Statements
  • Previously, printing a Dealer Statement and immediately refreshing caused an error.
  • Downloading a statement PDF no longer reroutes the URL, preventing refresh errors.
Submit Statement Wizard – Summary Screen
  • Deleting statements will no longer throw a
    400 error
    .
  • Erroneously created statements are now properly deleted.
Submit Statement Workflow – Edit Statement
  • Previously, edits made while editing a statement were not saved correctly.
  • A new
    Save Changes
    button has been added to ensure changes are written and saved during this step.
AD Import
  • A new option named
    TYPCustomLegal
    has been added to AD Import.
  • This option expands
    more detailed legal descriptions
    for
    TYP Mineral Accounts
    .
