Resolved True Prodigy defect that was causing duplicate data in AD Import.
BWL 🍺 (2025.16.2)
- SB1008 now prevents local governments (counties, cities, or public health districts) from imposing duplicate fees or permits on businesses
- Counties can now designate who the business renders their fees and permits to
- The payee designation will need to be set manually for all new businesses uploaded from the TABC file into BWL
From the Business page, select the Payee

The landing page sorts like Excel- which can be sortable by county, allowing you to filter on only the payee entities you want to see

On the Invoice page, we have added filters. Only the selected filter will invoice.

Unchecking all the filters will allow you to view businesses that have no payee selected
