AG Rollback
  • Historical ag rollback data now migrates from Tax Client into TaxOffice 4 legacy rollbacks, linked receivables, and corrected source-account acreage and exemption values carry over.
  • Access to the legacy Ag Transfer utility is now controlled per office, so offices moved to the AG Rollback workflow no longer see the old tool.
AD Import
ADImport Cloud – Import Profiles
  • Import Profile pages are now in cloud AD Import. You can view, create, and edit import profiles directly in TO4, including vendor-specific configuration — no more backend-only profile setup.
  • Profiles can be deactivated and reactivated. Deactivated profiles are hidden when starting a new import, so users only see current options — but run history stays traceable to the original profile.
ADImport Cloud - Workflow & Usability Improvements
  • Import Year now defaults automatically on the file settings page, saving a manual step on every import.
  • The Data Processing tab has been removed. The full file lifecycle is now managed from a single place: the Import Files page.
  • File uploads are no longer rejected incorrectly, and the screen now clearly reports whether a file was accepted or rejected. The only time a file is refused is while a same-name file is still processing.
  • Renaming an import profile updates the Import Files grid immediately — no refresh or delay before the new name appears.
  • Clearer error for deactivated profiles. Saving file settings against a deactivated profile now shows a message naming the specific profile, instead of the generic "Import Profile is required" error.

Tax Year Rollover - Early Certified Statement Generation
  • You can now generate and print certified tax statements for the new tax year before completing your Fiscal Year End. Previously, statement generation had to wait until the October fiscal year rollover, which compressed the window for print vendor coordination and often pushed mail dates past the October 1st deadline.
What's new:
  • Set Starting Balances can run before fiscal year end. Once your rates are finalized, you can complete this Tax Year Rollover step in September without waiting for the fiscal year to close.
  • Mass Billing now bills by selected tax year. When creating a certified load, you choose the tax year for the billing to run. Statements, account history, and vendor files are generated for that year even while your office is still operating in the prior tax year.
  • Fiscal Year End is unchanged. Your FYE process runs at its normal time, and September statement activity is correctly reflected in your closing fiscal year totals.
  • This means offices can finalize rates, generate statements, coordinate with their print vendor, and have bills in taxpayer mailboxes on or before October 1st - especially valuable for offices offering early-payment discounts, where the discount window opens October 1st.
